Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on the amendment to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on extending a credit done in Jakarta on March 2, 2007 amended by the Understandings dated July 3, 2009 and December 28, 2009

The Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, henceforth calłed the *Contracting Parties”, with a view to continue the constructive economic co-operation between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Indonesia, have agreed as follows:

Article 1 In accordance with Article 10 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on extending a credit, done

in Jakarta on March 2, 2007, the Contracting Parties have agreed that Article |

paragraph 3 of this Agreement will have the wording:

»Article 1.3 The Credit shall be utilised by December 31, 2011 and this term may be extended upon

mutual consent of both Contracting Parties. ”.

Article 2 The Understanding shall be approved in consistence with laws of each Contracting Party, and shall enter into force on the date of signing. The Understanding shall continue in full force and effect untił all obligations of both Contracting Parties arising from this

Understanding are fulfilled.
