Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of India

amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of India concerning co-operation in the field of

defence, done on 17 February 2003 in New Delhi

The Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of India;

On the basis of Article 9 paragraph 3 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of India concerning co-operation in the field of defence, done on 17 February 2003 in New Delhi, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement of 2003”;

Hereby agree on the following amendments to the Agreement of 2003:

Article 1

In Article 4 in the first tiret, and in Article 5 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1 of the Agreement of 2003, "Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy” shall be replaced with: "minister competent for the economy matters”.

Article 2

In Article 9 of the Agreement of 2003, paragraph 2 shall read: "This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. It may be terminated by each Party through a written notification, sent via diplomatic channels. In such case this Agreement expires one hundred and eighty days from the date of the receipt of the terminating notification.”.

Article 3

This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its signing.

Done in Warsaw on the 30'* of May, 2011, in two originals in the English language.
