Po zaznajomieniu się z powyższą konwencją, w imieniu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oświadczam, że:

- konwencja została uznana za słuszną,

- Rzeczpospolita Polska postanawia przystąpić do tej konwencji, zgłaszając przedstawione w załączeniu zastrzeżenie do artykułu 26 ustęp 3 konwencji,

- z uwzględnieniem załączonego zastrzeżenia konwencja będzie niezmiennie zachowywana.

Na dowód czego wydany został akt niniejszy, opatrzony pieczęcią Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
